Week 1: The Longing to Be Seen
We begin with intention. What brings you here? What would it feel like to be seen without explanation or effort? Together, we’ll co-create the safety and shared agreements that allow this longing to be honored.
Week 2: What Gets in the Way
We gently explore the protective parts that make it hard to be seen—patterns of hiding, performing, or shrinking. What have you learned to cover up, and how have those parts helped you survive?
Week 3: The Myth of Aloneness
This week, we reflect on the stories that tell us we are alone in our pain. As these stories are spoken aloud, we begin to discover we are not alone. In the presence of others, something begins to soften.
Week 4: Being Seen in the Body
We turn inward. What is your body holding? What does it want to say? Through gentle somatic practices, we begin listening to ourselves in a new way.
Week 5: Receiving Without Performing
We practice the art of simply being—no roles, no masks, no fixing. What is it like to be seen when you are not doing anything at all?
Week 6: Letting Your Light Be Witnessed
You are not just your wounds. This week is about honoring your gifts, your voice, and your wholeness. What is ready to be shared, celebrated, or expressed?
Week 7: Tender Repair
In all relationships, there are moments of hurt and healing. We explore how to show up for each other with honesty, compassion, and care, even when things feel hard.
Week 8: What Has Been Seen Cannot Be Unseen
We close by honoring the journey and what has shifted within you. You have let yourself be seen. What will you carry forward? What will you leave behind?
